kakao media ("we", "us") is a Sydney-based business. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to talk to you, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
what we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us — your name, email address, your message, and optionally how you heard about us. Like most websites, our host also records basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) in standard server logs.
how we use it
We use the information you send only to read and respond to your enquiry and to follow up about working together. We don't use it for automated decision-making, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this site and receive your messages:
- Web3Forms — processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
- Cloudflare — hosts and serves the website.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — measures site usage, and only after you consent.
These providers only handle your data to provide their service to us. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people visit and roughly where they arrived from. If you're visiting from outside Australia (for example the EU or UK), it only loads after you accept via our cookie banner; until then no analytics cookies are set. If you're visiting from within Australia, where opt-in isn't legally required, it loads by default — you can opt out any time by declining cookies in your browser settings. We don't use advertising or cross-site ad-targeting cookies.
how long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to stay in touch with you, and delete them when they're no longer needed. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — just email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
